Orlando – Stone and I had the real pleasure of meeting and interviewing Rebecca Staton-Reinstein while on the Video Dust Jacket Tour in Orlando. She came all the way up from South Florida to see us, so we were quite excited about the visit.

Rebecca is the author of Conventional Wisdom: How Today’s Leaders Plan, Perform, and Progress Like the Founding Fathers. As a history major, this is fascinating to me, this demonstration of how to apply strategic leadership to any organization — by seeing how the framers of the U.S. Constitution did it.

By learning how the Constitution’s framers dealt with the strategic challenges of creating that document, you then see those same lessons applied to corporate cultures and non-profits organizations. The book will be a catalyst in moving your own organization forward!
