Every day, I speak to some small business owner who still just doesn’t quite understand the value of spending time on applications like Twitter and Facebook. The video above shares some recent real world examples of why you should consider spending time on these tools.

The key takeaway from these examples is that you, as a business, have to create a customer experience that people want to talk about. Yeah, you can have a presence on Twitter, but if you have built nothing that people want to share, tools like these won’t help you.
